Encom Energy Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. The Encom Energy referral scheme is open to existing and previous clients.
2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: www.encomenergy.co.uk/referral.
3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company or individual is not already in conversation with Encom Energy via any other channel.
4. The Referred company or individual must name the Referrer in their initial contact with Encom Energy.
5. There is only one reward for each Referred company or individual referred. Encom Energy will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/organisation has previously been referred.
6. If a Referred company or individual is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own company or a franchisee.
7. To constitute a successful referral, the referred business or individual must engage Encom Energy for the installation of a solar PV and battery storage or Energy system.
8. There is no limit to the number of businesses or individuals a Referrer can refer.
9. The Referrer may be named in communication between Encom Energy and the Referred business or individual.
10. The reward will only be issued for valid referrals, once the new client has completed and paid for their Encom Energy installation.
11. The reward will be issued within 90 days of the contract being completed and paid for.
12. The Referrer cannot choose an alternative reward.
13. Encom Energy reserve the right to withdraw or alter the referral scheme, change the value of the reward or replace with a gift card, subject to availability.
14. The Encom Energy referral scheme is available to NI and ROI residents only.
15. In the event of any disputes regarding any aspect of the referral scheme, the decision of Encom Energy is final Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to sales@encomenergy.co.uk within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee.

17. Referral leads must be installed and paid for within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which are not completed within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
